Dahlia Tuber Sale Terms & Conditions + Shipping Info
Highlights
• I will combine orders and refund excess shipping
• Qty of 1 = one single tuber.
• All photos were taken by us in our fields.
• Every tuber is guaranteed to have at least one viable eye at time of shipping.
• All tubers were grown in our field in zone 7a.
• I take immense pride in producing healthy, quality, plants. I maintain a clean growing stock + disinfect between each cut, from dividing tubers to harvesting blooms, with Virkon S. That being said, by purchasing tubers you accept that viruses are not 100% avoidable. I can not refund for tubers/plants grown outside of my control.
• Tubers have been stored in vermiculite, dusted with cinnamon, and will be shipped in vermiculite.
• The final availability is subject to change and varieties may vary depending on the final weeks of storage.
• You will see three quantity based options during checkout - an attempt to keep shipping for just a few tubers as low as possible. Please select the correct shipping option for the number of tubers in your order. I will either invoice or refund for the difference if any errors occur. Read shipping info below for information on combining orders.
Terms & Conditions of Sale
Sales are final, and are first come first serve. The checkout process does not hold items placed in your cart and your purchase isn’t guaranteed until completion of the checkout process. I can not modify orders once placed. I reserve the right to refund an order should something happen or I will contact you for possible substitutions of similar varieties.
I guarantee all tubers are true to type and have at least one viable eye (which may or may not be visible at the time of shipping). Once you take receipt of your shipment, I can not be responsible for tuber storage until planted, or guarantee performance of your plantings. If you are not already familiar with growing dahlias, please do your homework for your growing region (and remember - don’t water after planting until you see growth). If you have any concerns please contact me immediately so resolution can be a possibility.

Your dahlia tubers will be packaged with love and care! Please open your shipment immediately upon receiving it. Please report any shipping damages or concerns to me within 48 hours of delivery!
I am only able to ship to the lower 48 states (+ district of Columbia) and Alaska (sorry Hawaii!). All orders will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail. I will aim to ship orders towards the beginning of the week so your tubers ideally aren’t sitting over a weekend. You will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number.
Please double check your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. If you find that there is an error, please contact me immediately. I will be shipping to the address provided otherwise and am not responsible for errors entered at checkout.
I am happy to combine orders before shipping begins and refund excess shipping costs at the end of the selling season (by June 1st). Once shipping begins, each order will be processed as they are received. Of course, once a package is scanned in and picked up by my mail carrier, it is in the hands of the postal service. For any issues with delivery, please contact your local post office.
